DV Personal Training Group Fitness

Working out with others has huge benefits for your health and wellbeing. In a group setting you will find all the support, accountability, encouragement and most importantly fun in being part of a team.

In my experience of teaching many classes from functional fitness to boxing, the best part of it all is the fun the participants have in their workouts and the friendships created. Being a part of this type of community can provide a huge boost of motivation beyond the one that comes with the physical benefits of a workout, which can be helpful for those finding it hard to stay committed.

In every group class I teach and cater for every individual in the class. I understand that people will be at different levels of fitness or may not have learnt a certain movement. This is not a problem as every exercise will have a progression or starting level for you to build from. As a group you can push yourself and others to learn new capabilities of your body and fitness levels.

Fit For Life Group Personal Training

Considering everyone`s level of health and fitness in the group, this high energy course that will challenge your body and push it to a new level of fitness. The program will incorporate functional movement, strength and conditioning, HIIT & LIIT Training, plus more to suit the group`s needs. The training is fun and motivational specifically designed to help increase your cardiovascular fitness, reduce body fat, tone and strengthen muscles, reduce stress and GET YOU FIT FOR LIFE.

Functional Fitness Class

A fun class that will challenge you to move better and exercise more effectively. Train your muscles to work together and prepare it for daily life and common movements you might do at home, at work, or in sports. Movements such as squatting, reaching, pulling, and lifting will be made easier with functional fitness integrated into your exercise routine.

Strike Box Fit

This high energy class incorporates functional conditioning through a combination of boxing, kickboxing and circuit training. This fun and motivational class will increase your cardiovascular fitness; reduce body fat, increase muscle tone and strength whilst reducing stress levels.

Over 65’s Care Vision Class

A foundation class for the over 65’s to improve movement and overall fitness. This online class has a great social aspect with many clients encouraging each other no matter what level they are. The class utilises chair, floor and standing exercises and caters for all abilities.
